Merryn Rutledge helps people and organizations reach their potential through two services: leadership coaching and organizational development consulting.
Coach Plus leadership coaching clients include senior leaders in for-profit, non-profit and public sector organizations and rising leaders within these organizations.
Organizational development clients include national and international companies, cross-sector collaborations, federal and state agencies, and non-profits.
A life-long learner, Merryn holds a doctorate in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont, and three coaching certifications: Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC), International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Board Certified Coach.
Merryn's broad interests include leadership development, whole systems change, group dynamics, experiential learning, and diversity and inclusion.
She is the author of Strategic Planning Guide for Leaders of Small Organizations, has contributed to two books on teaching, and writes frequent articles on leadership and management.
In her first career, Merryn led educator professional development and taught for many years in the US and abroad.
