Business Partners
We work with partners on a project-by-project basis in order to provide you with the range of expertise to meet your needs. Partners include leading practitioners in business and management consulting.
What Kinds of Projects?
- We co-facilitated a conference on advanced and sustainable manufacturing.
With a team from Barry Lawson Associates, www.barrylawson.com, for the National Institutes of Standards and Technology, www.nist.gov/mel/ - We have co-designed large and complex meetings at the International Association of Facilitators and a national teacher leadership program.
With Judy Warriner Walke, Collaboration and Planning Consultant - We assisted a statewide network of organizational leaders in untangling management challenges and planning for changes to their Federal funding sources.
With Mary Fillmore, of ChangingWork, www.changingworktogether.com - We designed and led a program that engaged 2000 state employees in learning how to create inclusive workplaces. The program included teaching an advanced level diversity course, enabling a core group of managers to lead diversity initiatives throughout the state’s government.
With David Wagner Consulting and Sussman & Associates - We provided the design and facilitation expertise for three organizations that convened a Northeast region multi-stakeholder discussion that explored increased use of woody biomass as a renewable energy source. Meetings brought together leaders from the Federal and state governments, research institutions, municipalities, utilities and non-profits.
- We co-facilitated statewide health care reform discussions with multiple stakeholders that included legislators, hospitals, health care providers, business and civic leaders.
