  • We co-facilitated a conference on advanced and sustainable manufacturing.

  • We have co-designed large and complex meetings at the International Association of Facilitators and a national teacher leadership program.

  • We assisted a statewide network of organizational leaders in untangling management challenges and planning for changes to their Federal funding sources.

  • We designed and led a program that engaged 2000 state employees in learning how to create inclusive workplaces. The program included teaching an advanced level diversity course, enabling a core group of managers to lead diversity initiatives throughout the state’s government.

  • We provided the design and facilitation expertise for three organizations that convened a Northeast region multi-stakeholder discussion that explored increased use of woody biomass as a renewable energy source. Meetings brought together leaders from the Federal and state governments, research institutions, municipalities, utilities and non-profits.
  • We co-facilitated statewide health care reform discussions with multiple stakeholders that included legislators, hospitals, health care providers, business and civic leaders.
